What does generative AI consulting include?
Generative AI consulting covers choosing which work to build AI for, then designing and building it: agents, chat interfaces, document processing and automated workflows that connect to the systems you already run.
Packaged products now cover a lot of this, so a custom build earns its cost when the work depends on your own systems or rules, such as reading your contract formats or writing back to your ERP.

Examples of what we build
Custom AI agents and chat interfaces
Assistants that answer from your own documents and data, for employees or for customers, built on the Gemini platform.
AI-driven document processing
Contracts, forms and invoices read, classified and routed to the right place or person.
Workflow automation with Gemini and AppSheet
Approval, request and intake flows that run on your Workspace data and hand work from one person to the next.
Business logic and integrations
Services on Cloud Run that apply your rules, call the Gemini platform and read from BigQuery, integrated with your CRM, ERP, HRIS and core systems.

What happens to your data on the Gemini platform
Google won't use your data to train or fine-tune models without your permission. Two things do hold data for a while: Gemini models cache it in memory for up to 24 hours per project by default, which can be turned off, and grounding with Google Search or Maps stores prompts and output for 30 days, which can't. If a build handles sensitive data, turn caching off and leave Search grounding out.
From use case to production
- 1Pick one workflowChoose work with a clear owner and an output you can count, such as invoices processed or requests answered, so you can tell whether the build worked.
- 2Map the systems it touchesList every system the workflow reads from or writes to, and who may see what in each. Integrations and permissions are usually most of the work.
- 3Build and test on real casesBuild on Cloud Run, the Gemini platform or AppSheet and run it against real documents and requests before anyone relies on it.

Gen AI consulting FAQ
What teams ask before they commission a custom AI build.
Have a workflow in mind?
Send us the workflow and the systems it touches. We'll tell you whether it needs a build at all.
Should we build a custom agent or use Gemini Enterprise?
Try Gemini Enterprise first when the job is answering questions across systems it already connects to; Workflow Builder covers many single and multi-step agents without code. Build custom when the agent needs your own logic or a system with no connector, then register it in Gemini Enterprise as an ADK or A2A agent so people find it in the same place.
How do we choose the first thing to build?
Pick work that is frequent, follows rules and has one owner, where a wrong answer gets caught before it reaches a customer. That is why document intake often makes a better first build than a customer-facing chatbot.
Do we need a Google Cloud environment already?
No. If you don't have one, we set up a Google Cloud project with access controls as part of the build.
Can you work with our developers?
Yes, in three ways: a full build by our team, a build alongside your developers, or a review of what your developers build.
