Suitebriar Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

The Suitebriar Referral Program (“Program”) rewards eligible participants for referring new customers to Suitebriar. By participating, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Elegibility

• Open to individuals and businesses (excluding Suitebriar employees).
• Referrals must be new Suitebriar customers (not existing or previously referred).
• Referrals must sign a minimum 1-year Google Workspace agreement with Suitebriar.

3. Reward Structure

• Referrers can earn up to $250 per qualified referral.
• The actual reward amount will vary depending on the type and size of the referred account.
• Rewards are capped at $250 maximum per referral, regardless of account size.

4. Payment Conditions

• Referral rewards are paid only after the referred customer’s account is fully onboarded and the first invoice is paid in full.
• Rewards will be paid within 60 days of customer payment.
• Payment method will be determined by Suitebriar (e.g., check, gift card, or account credit).

5. Limitations

• Self-referrals are not permitted.
• If multiple people refer the same customer, only the first verified referral submission will qualify.
• Suitebriar reserves the right to verify eligibility and deny referrals that do not meet requirements.

6. Program Modifications

Suitebriar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

7. Taxes

Referral rewards may be subject to tax reporting. Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes.

8. Agreement

Participation in this Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
