About the Role
Suitebriar is seeking a customer-facing AI Deployment & Change Management Manager to govern the technical rollout, project delivery, and organizational adoption of Google Gemini Enterprise, Google Workspace with Gemini, and Google Cloud Platform solutions.
This role is for a strategic leader who excels at the exact intersection of technical project deployment and organizational change management. You will hold equal responsibility for managing the project delivery phases of cloud migrations and driving user enablement, training, and habit formation. Your goal is to ensure that clients both technically deploy Google AI and Cloud solutions successfully and actively utilize generative AI capabilities to drive business value.
We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable:
· Managing technical deployment schedules, agent development processes, provisioning steps, and project timelines
· Developing and leading AI-focused training workshops, prompt coaching, and live demos
· Building change management and communication strategies for Google Workspace migrations
· Coordinating with client IT administrators and Suitebriar cloud engineers on rollout setup
· Monitoring and driving active usage (MAU) success metrics to secure Google partner rebates
This is a high-impact, client-facing role that balances delivery management and user adoption to ensure comprehensive transformation success.
What You'll Do
AI Adoption & Change Management
· Architect client-specific adoption strategies by translating complex AI features into practical, role-based workflows that accelerate productivity.
· Develop and lead customer AI Use Case workshops
· Design and execute change management plans to support user transitions from legacy platforms (like Microsoft 365) to Google Workspace.
· Create communication and enablement strategies tailored to drive active, daily usage of Gemini generative AI tools.
· Identify potential adoption barriers and design proactive training interventions to address them.
· Monitor post-migration active usage metrics and strategies
AI & Cloud Deployment Management
· Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, timelines, and deliverables for Google Gemini Enterprise, Google Workspace, and Google Cloud Platform migrations.
· Coordinate the provisioning, licensing, and administration rollout phases for Google Gemini and Cloud products.
· Partner with client IT stakeholders to assess technical readiness, schedule deployment milestones, and coordinate resource allocation.
· Maintain clean project governance documentation, including progress tracking, risk logs, and executive status reports.
· Coordinate with Suitebriar’s engineering teams to align backend cutover details with customer-facing rollout dates.
Training & Content Development
· Build modern training materials, including prompt-engineering guides, video tutorials, and reference sheets.
· Facilitate interactive user workshops, training webinars, and office hours to build client confidence in AI and Google tools.
Required Qualifications
· 3–5 years of experience in technical project management, SaaS implementation consulting, or organizational change management.
· Demonstrated consulting acumen, with experience advising clients, managing stakeholder expectations, and guiding executive-level conversations from strategy through to execution.
· Proven experience project-managing AI development and/or deployments, cloud infrastructure, Workspace migrations, or complex SaaS rollouts.
· Familiarity with the administration, licensing, or configuration settings of Google Workspace.
· Strong familiarity or hands-on experience with generative AI tools (specifically Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar LLMs) in a business context.
· Outstanding facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience managing Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace migration projects.
· Deep functional knowledge of the Google Workspace ecosystem and its built-in Gemini features.
· Project management (PMP, CAPM) or change management (Prosci) certifications.
· Google Cloud or Google Workspace certifications (e.g., Professional Google Workspace Administrator).
· Familiarity with remote-first collaboration models.
Compensation & Benefits
· Base salary range: $120,000 – $130,000
· Performance-based variable bonus program (10% - 15% target)
